Room is exactly what I booked for my family but no welcome drink was offered. Food is very costly. One of the staff didn't bother to check with us when they misunderstood something which required me to pay extra. The location is slightly different than what shows on the map though it is pretty close to the airport. It's within a narrow lane which may seem shady. Overall, it was okay but they have room to improve.

The room was fine. The bathroom was ok. Not great as water drainage wasn't proper. Breakfast had several options but the taste was not great. Service was slow. Some items like the hair dryer and extra mattress took a lot of time to arrive. Staff was helpful.
